Dear Loving Friend,

Greetings with the love of Jesus accompanied by our “Many Thank You’s”! These are hard
times, but primary needs are being met because you are helping in many ways: financially,
materially thru your door to door big box filled with nice things- above all your prayers- James
5:16- “The prayers of the righteous man availeth much.” Our Annual Deeper Life Fellowship
at the 3 Schools on the start of school year 2009-2010- Knowing more and more about
Jesus/God and myself thru messages and Bible studies are over- Badian June 17-19- 2 ½
days 5 sessions and Boso-Boso with the Elementary Department July 6-10-mornings only 5
sessions Theme- Unwavering Faith for a Successful Future- James 1:5 & 6- a great chance
for me to be with the students and faculty. I’ve learned while in College- “When the Lord is at
work Satan puts a front to oppose but as we keep on praying- no power can prevail against
                                the power of God.”

Matt.28:18 We encountered little problems- Badian was fine on the first day, but on the 2nd
day storm and power failure- students near the windows and doors with no door shutters
covered themselves with umbrella and stayed calm. I remembered the very bad 2006
Typhoon- I was in much prayer in 1 ½ hour the storm subsided and went fine till finished- an
Altar Call was given- many of the students stood to the front accepted Jesus and others for
Consecration. Boso-Boso- the first day was a big struggle- students further back could not hear- they became
uneasy and noisy. All agreed- change the sitting arrangement- long auditorium with stage in front and improved loud
speaker- all went fine till the 4th day- Altar Call was also given- many responded for Salvation and Consecration. 5th
day- Family day- a blessing being with the teachers, students and parents for Bible Study. Elementary- 170 little
ones- on the first day were squeezed in one classroom- in spite of it they were very attentive- took to heart what they
heard and learned. We divided the group to make them more comfortable: Kinder to Grade III and Grade IV to VI-
“Train up a Child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Prob.22:6) At the close of
each day’s work all teachers got together and prayed. The Deeper Life Fellowship was fruitful!

June 20 at 4 A.M. our group left Badian- got home- Boso-Boso- 5 P.M.- 13 hours long travel; June 21, 1:30 A.M. –
news! My youngest sister in the Mindanao Island passed away and a nephew- son of my brother also died at 9 A.M.-
not too far from my sister’s house- June 23- I joined few members of our family in Metro Manila- we visited them in
General Santos City- Comforted and helped- “JOY”- we know both are in heaven with Jesus! We were greatly blest-
by very good group of Christians that joined us- shared the Gospel Message and Comfort Fellowship- Mindanao is
not as bad as we’ve heard- a place of “Terrorists”- it is a place saturated with the Gospel by very Active Christians-
